Elizabeth Roth plays Thursday August 6 and Friday August 7, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. This is a relatively new restaurant in Green Cove Springs owned by our friend and St. Augustine native Mike Arenas. We made a trip to Green Cove about a month ago to try it out and my husband and I both thought the food was excellent! (link provided below). If you live in the area, I hope you can make it out. If you live in Jacksonville or St. Augustine, I encourage you to make a day trip like we did and combine it with a visit to the Green Cove Springs park and public pool. The pool is a regular cement pool but it is filled by a natural spring, very refreshing 72 degree water, and the grounds around the pool have recently been revamped. There is a small entrance fee for the spring pool, and it may be important to check the website (link provided below) and read all the way to the bottom for the new procedures and swimming time regulations due to covid-19.
